Send us photos and a description

Email clear photos of the piece along with what needs attention. Mention any stones, hallmarks or damage you can see so we can assess it properly.

Receive a written estimate

We review the images and reply with a fixed price and timescale. If the work is straightforward, the quote is usually ready within two working days.

Post or drop off the item

Once you approve the estimate, send the piece by insured post or bring it to the Witney workshop. We confirm safe arrival the same day it lands.

Approve the work and collect

We complete the repair, send you photos of the result, and arrange return by insured delivery or collection once you are happy with the finished piece.

  • Watch repairs of any kind, including battery changes, strap adjustments and full servicing, fall outside what we do.
  • We turn down work on items without clear provenance or ownership documentation, because we cannot verify the chain of title.
  • Anything requiring laser welding or large-scale casting is declined, as we do not have that equipment in the workshop.
  • We do not take on stone setting for loose diamonds or coloured stones supplied by the customer, only stones already set in a piece we are restoring.

What we offer

Restoration and repair work you can bring to our bench

Ring resizing and reshaping

Bands that are too tight, too loose or out of round are adjusted on the mandrel. Most resizing is completed within five working days.

Stone tightening and replacement

Loose or missing stones are re-seated and matched from our stock of small diamonds, sapphires and rubies where an exact match is available.

Engraving and inscription

Names, dates and short messages are hand-engraved or machine-cut into the inside of bands and the backs of pendants to your specification.
